Available: One-bedroom apartment for rent in a housing cooperative—Rent based on income (see details below).
This one-bedroom apartment at Crossroads Village is offered with sliding scale monthly rent based on household income. To qualify, applicants must show annual household income within the income limits in the table below.

Crossroads is a non-smoking building.
The one-bedroom apartment has wall-to-wall carpeting, except for the kitchen and bathroom. It is approximately 450 square feet. Suitable for 1 to 2 people (2 people max). It’s on the third floor and there are no elevators in the 26-unit, two-building cooperative. There are two flights of stairs of approximately 15 stairs each. There are coin operated laundry rooms on site. The available apartment is newly renovated with brand new carpet, paint, cabinetry, countertops, tile, and so forth. It is by far the nicest apartment in the complex. However, the building is old, and the walls are thin. There are strict limitations on pets; no dogs are allowed. The building also has a parking garage. Please note that the lot is currently full and there is a waiting list for parking, but spaces become available regularly. Street parking is plentiful, and there is a paid lot next to the building (about $2/day). Pictures of a similar unit can be found below:

Crossroads is run by a board composed of tenants, who volunteer their time. We would welcome a new tenant who could contribute their time and expertise on a consistent and regular basis, as well as attending monthly meetings. While participation is not required, we are especially interested in applicants who are excited to be an active part of our community. When filling out the application, please describe your experience, background, interests, and anything else that speaks to your future contributions if selected.

Virtual and in-person interviews with top candidates will be held on a rolling basis.
Flexible move-in date starting mid August depending on your situation. We prioritize a good fit over a fast move-in.
